IFG North America, Inc. in Northbrook, IL has an opening for a position of Operations Manager.
Position Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline the Company’s operational and financial processes and manage day-to-day operations while optimizing financial performance and ensuring compliance.
- Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational procedures with company goals.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Partner with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments on operational initiatives.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational and financial systems.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives and improve resource allocation across departments.
- Analyze operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure operational and financial compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational capacity with campaign execution.
- Oversee marketing spend and ensure it aligns with financial goals and budgetary constraints.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, engagement) to optimize strategy.
- Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
- Develop new sales channels and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Network with doctors and find/coordinate with recruiters to boost sales.
- Manage vendor, client, and service contracts in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
- Maintain contract databases, monitor renewal dates, and ensure compliance with terms.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and external partners regarding contract obligations and performance.
- Work with geographically dispersed and multilingual teams to align global objectives.
- Foster inclusive, culturally sensitive communication practices and facilitate language support if needed.
- Address communication barriers, cultural nuances, and time zone differences in project planning and execution.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related
- 2 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with Project Management, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Bitrix.
- Must be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
