Ovogene Inc. in Long Grove, IL has an opening for a position of Management Analyst.
The Management Analyst will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and improving business operations. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including AI/data science, donor coordination, compliance, and marketing—to evaluate processes, develop actionable insights, and ensure scalability and efficiency in a highly regulated, tech-driven healthcare environment.
Position Description:
- Analyze business operations and workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to implement process improvements and optimize AI-driven decision-making tools.
- Monitor KPIs and operational benchmarks related to donor matching, specimen storage, and compliance turnaround times.
- Assist leadership in long-term planning by providing scenario modeling and forecasting, particularly related to donor inventory, international expansion, and clinic partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional analyses to assess new service offerings (e.g., embryo creation, expanded genetic testing, concierge services).
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps and track progress against strategic goals.
- Design and manage dashboards that visualize real-time performance data (e.g., donor-to-recipient match rates, AI match accuracy, donor retention rates, client satisfaction).
- Conduct ROI analysis on operational tools and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with the AI team to validate model outputs and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support the integration of global compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GDPR, HFEA, HIPAA) into operational procedures.
- Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, consumer surveys, and trend forecasting to inform strategic planning.
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans.
- Research trends in fertility technology, cryobanking, donor legislation, and global reproductive markets.
- Benchmark organizational performance against industry competitors and best-in-class providers.
- Translate analytical findings into marketing recommendations and strategic guidance.
- Prepare briefing materials, white papers, or business cases to support strategic partnerships or new market entry.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports for leadership and board members.
- Develop executive-level presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on global or regional initiatives, including launches in Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking markets.
- Support implementation of business improvement strategies based on regional needs.
- Assist in aligning marketing campaigns with operational capabilities and customer insights.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management or Business Administration.
- 2 years of experience in strategic management role.
- Experience must include developing business and marketing strategies in the healthcare field.
- Knowledge of AI technologies as evidenced by experience or specific course work.
- Must be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
