Business Development and Marketing Specialist

TM School, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL has an opening for a position of Business Development & Marketing Specialist.

Position Description:

Business Development and Marketing Specialist will grow student enrollment, strengthen partnerships, and promote our accounting programs, including Ukrainian and Russian-speaking learners.

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations, community centers, employers, and influencers serving ethnic communities.
• Generate and convert leads through outreach efforts, webinars, partnerships, and referral programs.
• Analyze enrollment trends and suggest new markets or audience segments.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to streamline lead-to-enrollment processes.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, search ads) in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Localize website content, landing pages, and promotional materials for the target demographic.
• Manage school’s online presence in relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Telegram, Facebook groups, YouTube).
• Design and distribute newsletters, brochures, and other content to promote programs.
• Organize virtual and in-person info sessions, open houses, or community events.
• Serve as the brand ambassador within Ukrainian and Russian-speaking communities.
• Translate and adapt content for cultural relevance and clarity.
• Collect student testimonials and success stories to use in campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media and email promptly and professionally.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Must be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

This is a full-time position.
