Junior Marketing Coordinator

Mabbly LLC in Chicago, IL has an opening for a position of Junior Marketing Coordinator.

Position Description:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Chicago office and Ukraine-based teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration on all project deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and updates between account managers, strategists, and the creative/development teams.
• Support Account and Relationship Managers in client communication, project documentation, and updates.
• Facilitate regular updates and ensure that feedback and revisions from the Chicago team are clearly communicated to the Ukraine team.
• Assist in marketing research, UX research, and strategy efforts to support client-facing initiatives.
• Work closely with designers and developers in Ukraine to ensure alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
• Provide administrative and operational support across project management, marketing, and communication efforts as needed.
• Track project progress and keep both internal and external stakeholders informed of any developments or delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and workflows.
• Bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken).

This is a full-time position.
