Product Manager

Scholarship Solutions, LLC in Chicago, IL has an opening for a position of Product Manager.

Description of Duties:

• Author user stories and create mocks/designs for new features
• Manage our product roadmap, its corresponding product backlog, and the expectations of the business around deliverable timing, open issues, effective prioritization, and the impact of changes and/or delays
• Perform product usage analysis to deduce UX optimizations and inform new feature development strategy
• Assist with troubleshooting issues raised by our customer support team
• Work with customers directly to understand existing challenges and identify opportunities for feature enhancements
• Work with customers to validate solutions and conduct user testing/feedback gathering

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or business analytics role.
• Certification in Scrum methodology from a recognized program (e.g., PSPO I, CSM, PSM I).
• Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma and/or Balsamiq.
• Experience managing a backlog and the corresponding expectations setting with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Experience or certifications in data-driven product management and strong data skills (SQL, Python, Excel).
• Well-versed in product strategy development, business modeling, and market opportunity analysis.
